Once you have reached the Back-Office area, the following features are available::
Search menu for orders issued from your profile or by an associated 2nd / 3rd level profile
Standard or Multipnr Purchase Section
To add a product to the basket:
Enter the quantity from the drop down menu
Click on "add" to add to basket
Click on "info" for further information on the product
The "calendar" button appears only if the product is linked to a date and needs to booked according to availability
To remove an item from the basket:
Each product that has been added to the basket correctly will appear to the right of the page. Each item has two buttons below it:
"Delete" to delete the item from the basket
"info" for further information on the item that has been added to the basket
After having clicked on "PAY", the next page summarises the items in the basket
"Back" : click on this button to go to previous page
"Fidelity": click on this button to proceed with the purchase
The next page will ask for the name and surname to be put on the voucher "Name 1" (optional field)
"back" : click on this button to go back to previous page
"continue": click on this button to complete your purchase
The next page will show payment confirmation
"check order": click on this button to complete the process, visualise the transaction PNR and print the voucher
Click on «PRINT THIS PAGE» to get a print out or save the voucher in «pdf» + Download a free guide to the products that have been purchased on Venezia Unica (copy in «pdf»)
PNR: reference code for each voucher.
You can trace your order using the PNR code on the www.veneziaunica.it site (Home Page – How it works – Find your Voucher)

after having added the product(s) to your basket
click on "PAY"
to complete the purchase, enter the details of a valid credit card
only when payment has been successfully made will your voucher be displayed
Payment method: Monthly direct debit (RID)
Standard or Multipnr purchase
after having added the product(s) to your basket
click on "PAY"
to complete the purchase, click on "FIDELITY"
voucher will be displayed
Even after having just purchased and printed your Voucher, you can still CANCEL it.
On the page that is still on your screen (as shown in the picture below) and only during the last transaction/operation in progress can you cancel your purchase by clicking on the "STORNO-REFUND" button that appears only after having completed the sale and printed the Voucher.
After clicking on "STORNO-REFUND", the details of the cancellation will appear at the bottom of the page:

The refund procedure requires WITHDRAWAL of the voucher that may have already been handed over to the customer.
