VE.LA S.p.A. (di seguito anche solo "VELA") fornisce di seguito le informazioni relative al funzionamento dei cookie all'interno del sito http://vela.avmspa.it  (di seguito anche solo il "Sito"), anche ai sensi del Provvedimento del Garante della Privacy "Individuazione delle modalità semplificate per l'informativa e l'acquisizione del consenso per l'uso dei cookie" di data 8 maggio 2014 (di seguito anche solo il "Provvedimento").

1. Cosa sono i cookie

I cookie sono brevi frammenti di testo (lettere e/o numeri) che permettono al server web di memorizzare sul client (il browser) informazioni da riutilizzare nel corso della medesima visita al sito (cookie di sessione) o in seguito, anche a distanza di giorni (cookie persistenti). I cookie vengono memorizzati, in base alle preferenze dell'Utente, dal singolo browser sullo specifico dispositivo utilizzato (computer, tablet, smartphone).
I cookie sono utili perché consentono a un sito web di riconoscere il dispositivo dell'Utente. Ve.La. S.p.A. utilizza i targeting cookie per linkare i social network, che potrebbero di conseguenza sfruttare le informazioni relative alla visita dell'Utente per veicolare verso di  lui messaggi pubblicitari inseriti su altri siti.

VE.LA S.p.A. (from this point onwards referred to as "VELA") provides information related to the functioning of cookies on the website http://vela.avmspa.it (from this point onwards referred to as the "Website"), in compliance with the provisions of the measure issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority: "Identification of simplified methods for informing and obtaining consent for the use of cookies", dated May 8 2014 (from this point onwards referred to as the "Measure").
A. What cookies are

Ve.La. S.p.A. uses targeting cookies to establish links with social networks, which may therefore use information about the User's visit to channel advertising messages placed on other sites to the User.
